MacHeist: Free Mac Apps (~3 days left)

Unlike the recently recommended Dropbox, I haven't used any of these programs before so can't vouch for their awesomeness; and, with the growing number of really good open-source/free software that exists in the world today, I'm not sure now the alternatives stack up to the "not normally free" programs below.

That said, this still seemed worth sharing.
