Cross-country road trip

Change of plans. Instead of flying from Provo to New York, I'm going to be riding with a friend of mine who just graduated and is moving out to DC for an internship.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what route we take and/or where we stop for pictures, refueling, eating, sleeping, peeing, etc??? If anyone has family or friends along the route that would be willing to feed us and house us for a few hours while we stretch our legs and sleep that would be awesome to! Let me know.

I've driven long distances for work over the summer, but never this long and never cross-country. I've never been to some of the states that I will be passing through later this coming week so I'm excited (I leave Thursday morning).

If you were going to up-state NY, I would say yes. But you're not. And my relatives back there would be a little bit out of your way. Be safe, though! And I'm so happy for you, Yancy, even though you are leaving me.

Pace's grandparents (2 sets) live in Ohio, and they are quite nice. Maybe one of them would take you into their nest-- ask Pace for more info!

Thanks for the info Aunt Chris. I'll give Uncle Jeff a call tomorrow morning.

(I figured I wouldn't publish your comment since it had his cell number in it)
